For this project, I was told to either recreate an artist’s art piece or to replicate the art style for something else. My goal was to replicate the artstyle of Trevor Henderson, an online artist who has really inspired me to draw what I like. Since the new show “It: Welcome to Derry” came out recently and watched it with my dad, I decided to paint Pennywise the clown from the movies and show with Henderson’s style. Since he’s a digital painting artist, I was a little concerned about how I’ll be recreating his style. Instead, I decided to lean on watercolor, which got me the result you see now.
