Safe zone training
Advocates hosted safe zone training and 45 people attended, including Provost Lee Snyder. This event allows students, staff and faculty to learn how to create a safe environment for those in the LGBTQ community.
Mahara not discontinued
In the Sept. 25 issue of The Record, the briefs section incorrectly stated that mahara was discontinued. According to Erin Milanese, a moodle assignment tool that moved moodle documents directly to mahara was discontinued.
