As we begin a new year at Goshen College, it is important to keep your spirits up in the midst of a busy academic schedule. To help with this, The Record would like to offer a premade GC Bucketlist to remind students to take some time to have fun and relax!

Pet every squirrel on campus. (Bonus points if you get one to Chapel!)

Challenge a professor to a ping-pong match in the RFC. The loser buys Java.

Survive an Indiana winter in your trusty Birkenstocks or Chacos.

Create a walking map of the most efficient ways to get to each building.

Spend a whole day speaking only in peace, justice, and conflict studies language.

Test out every elevator on campus (that works) and rate your experience.

Create a Menno Simons cosplay club. (The longer the beard, the better!)

Bring back the old GC mascot, “Captain Maple Leaf.”

(Bonus points if the mascot makes it to a Voices of the Earth concert.

Create a striking, sustainable art piece using only  leftover pizzas from the Rott.

Petition for an intramural hymn sing tournament. (Each team requires a perfect four-part harmony to enter. )

Get kicked out of every building for late-night studying.

Try to walk through the union without seeing anyone you know.

Start a curry-eating contest in the dining hall.

Go to a Mennonite speed dating event. (The first question has to be, “Are we cousins?”)
