I am writing to you today to express my overwhelming love for you. Words cannot express how you have changed my life, but I will try anyway. When I think of some of my best college memories, you have been there with me. On Wednesday nights, you gave me the energy to finish strong and keep grinding — The Record layout would not be possible without you. On Sunday mornings, when the world is spinning, you set me straight on the right path. You have been by my side the whole time.
You are so simple yet elegant. The first bite is always perfection — the warm, soft tortilla giving way to crispy, golden-brown potatoes, each piece coated in a fiery, tangy sauce that lingers just long enough to make me crave another. The cool, shredded lettuce and melted cheese balance the heat, creating a symphony of textures and flavors in every bite.The late nights spent waiting in the Taco Bell drive-thru are always worth it for you. I would wait lifetimes to hold you in my hands again. So cheap, yet so delicious. There is nothing that a dollar spicy potato soft taco cannot solve.
My appreciation for you is endless, but I know words can only do so much. So, I leave you with this heartfelt poem:
