Students ‘filling the space’ in the renovated library
The Harold and Wilma Good Library, which was closed for renovations for most of the summer, reopened on Aug. 25, just in time for the first day of classes. Westlawn renovation: an update
After breaking ground in September, the Westlawn renovation is currently on track for its mid-October construction deadline, with hopes of having the dining space open in August. Brian Mast, director of facilities, has been at the helm of the project in collaboration with DJ Construction. Mast joins Westlawn remodeling project
Goshen College is continuing Westlawn renovations this semester with a new director of facilities at the helm. Brian Mast will be overseeing the project alongside Cynthia Good Kaufmann, director of planning and events, and Ben Bontrager, vice president for operations. Last year, this project was headed by Bontrager and Good Kaufmann, the latter of whom served as interim facilities director. “When I was in that role, I was called director of everything because I also was director of events,” she said.
