A familiar face joins the AV staff
As of the beginning of 2025, Isaac Bontrager, a senior music and biology major, has taken the position of AV Operations Manager at Goshen College while still completing his undergraduate degree. Chilaquiles Anyone who grew up in a Mexican household most likely also grew up eating chilaquiles. It’s one of the most popular breakfast foods in México, and for good reason! This recipe is super simple and quick to make– the perfect meal for a busy college schedule.
