‘Amazing tradition’ continues for ISC
The annual Goshen College International Student Club Coffeehouse is set to happen this Saturday. The event will take place in the Church-Chapel Fellowship Hall, and will include both a community potluck and performances. This is the second year where the International Student Club has combined both the potluck meal with the performances, and will look to have an evening full of culture, celebration and community. Campus clubs collaborate
Throughout campus, clubs provide students with entertainment and connections outside of their usual circles. This semester, clubs have joined forces, creating partnerships that fuse the values of student groups on campus. EcoPax and Advocates as well as the Latino Student Union and the Art Club have recently experimented with such collaborations. Nuestras historias highlights Latino journey
Goshen College hosted the inaugural Nuestras historias event last week, a look at the journeys of Latino professionals in the media and communication industries. The event featured panels, a keynote address, music and refreshments. Potential Novelty joins BEE! the Band
Potential Novelty and The Loose Associates opened for BEE! The Band at GoDance studio in downtown Goshen this past weekend. GC preps for annual drag show
Goshen College will be hosting its third annual drag show on Saturday, Feb. 3 in Umble Center. The event will be hosted by Advocates, GC’s LGBTQ+ proponent group, along with support from other affinity groups. Traditionally, the show includes spirited performances by local drag queens alongside students who volunteer to perform. The show is still in need of more student performers.
