Volunteer with Habitat for Humanity

This Saturday, January 24th, there will be an opportunity for Goshen College students to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. This organization provides homes for people in need. They have an office and ReStore building in Elkhart, but it is getting too small for the amount of donations that are coming in. A new building was bought and needs renovations, and painting and other smaller building projects are going on in the new space.

The event will run from 8:30-3. Lunch can be provided from AVI or participants can go out to lunch in the area. Transportation will also be provided. It is a great way to be involved in our community and it is also a really fun event if you participate with friends. If you are interested please contact Brianne Brenneman at bfbrenneman@goshen.edu.
