Kayla Gray, a senior, secured her third consecutive indoor trip as a race walker to the NAIA indoor national championships this past Saturday in the Goshen College Race Walk at GC’s Roman Gingerich Recreation-Fitness Center.

Gray becomes the third and final GC race walker to punch their ticket to the national championships festivities on March 2 in Pittsburg, Kansas. Joining Siana Emery and Sawyer Biddle, Gray finished the 3,000-meter trek in 17 minutes, 9.7 seconds.

The race walk officially concluded the indoor track and field season for GC and will serve as the 20th straight season of sending at least one athlete to the national championships.
